3. Production and Delivery

  • Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and shipping locations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork and accurate delivery addresses.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

At N & N Networks, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your printed products or packaging orders, we are here to help.

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Because our products are highly customized and made-to-order, refunds are only issued under specific conditions. You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly.

  • There is a major manufacturing defect or printing error on our part that differs significantly from your approved proof.

  • Your order could not be produced due to inventory or technical issues.

Refund Requirements

  • Proof of payment and photos of the defective products are required.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Errors in the artwork, typos, or low-resolution files uploaded or approved by the customer.

  • Customer-requested cancellations after the order has already entered production.

  • Minor color variations that fall within standard industry printing tolerances.

4.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Clear photos or videos showing the printing or manufacturing defect

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Once your request and photographic evidence are reviewed, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

4.4 Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request to cancel an order and receive a full refund only before the design goes into production.

  • Once custom printing or plate-making has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected printed or packaged products.
